Originally designed to celebrate the beef empire, Beef Empire Days now provides information to the cattle feeders as well as recreational and sporting events to all attending. The Beef Empire Days Rodeo draws some of the top cowgirls and cowboys in the nation to compete in 3 days of events. Breakfasts, softball tournaments, agricultural displays and a carnival are all part of the fun.
